Agreement Summary:

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Lost Money Detectives, LLC and its clients for the provision of services described in the attached Exhibit A. The agreement will be considered fulfilled when all promised services have been completed and will only be amended by mutual written agreement. If either party is unable to fulfill their obligations, they will communicate and work out a solution. Payment for services will be made on a contingency basis and is only earned when funds are successfully recovered on behalf of the client. The client will be responsible for payment within 5 days of receiving recovered funds. Confidentiality and protection of the client’s information will be maintained throughout the agreement and after its termination. In case of default or a dispute, the prevailing party may be entitled to attorney’s fees and expenses. The agreement may be terminated in the event of default or a failure to substantially perform obligations. Force majeure events will suspend obligations during their occurrence.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Services: The agreement will commence when both parties have signed it and Lost Money Detectives, LLC will provide the services outlined in Exhibit A.
  2. Payment: Lost Money Detectives, LLC operates on a contingency basis and payment will be made for the total amount of recovered funds, as described in the Service Agreement. No payment is due if no funds are recovered. Payment details can be found in Exhibit A.
  3. Term: The agreement will terminate upon payment for services or mutual written agreement.
  4. Confidentiality: Lost Money Detectives, LLC and its representatives will not use or disclose any confidential information belonging to the client. Confidentiality obligations will remain effective after the agreement’s termination.
  5. Default: Failure to make a payment, insolvency, bankruptcy, or failure to deliver services are considered material defaults under this agreement.
  6. Attorneys’ Fees and Collection Costs: The prevailing party in a dispute may be entitled to expenses and attorney’s fees.
  7. Remedies: The non-defaulting party may terminate the agreement in the event of default, with written notice and a 30-day cure period.
  8. Force Majeure: If either party is unable to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, obligations will be suspended until the event has passed.
  9. Law: This agreement and any disputes the laws of the State Of Delaware prevails.

EXHIBIT A: SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Service Provider commits to offering the following services to the Claimant with the aim of assisting in the recovery of funds owed to them. If the funds are recovered, the Claimant agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon rate outlined above. If no funds are recovered, the Service Provider will not be owed any payment.

• Investigating funds owed to the Claimant

• Gathering the necessary paperwork and identifying documents for filing claims

• Securing Notary Services and covering the associated fees, if needed

• Retaining Attorney Services and covering the related expenses, if required

• Filing claims to recover the funds

• Paying any filing fees, if applicable

• Serving as the point of contact between the Claimant and the holder until the funds are paid directly to the Claimant.
